Bergen Group Rosenberg signs framework agreement ConocoPhillips for the Greater Ekofisk

Bergen Group Rosenberg has signed a framework agreement with ConocoPhillips Norway for future modification contracts on their installations in the North Sea (the Greater Ekofisk Area). The scope of the agreement is not defined, but the framework agreement allows for a range of activities, from pure trials to complete the total contract (EPCI).
The agreement is valid from now and the year 2010, with option to extend for 2 + 2 years. Bergen Group Rosenberg is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bergen Group ASA, and is an important part of the Group's Offshore Division. The main activities in the division is associated with Rosenberg in Stavanger and Hanøytangen outside Bergen. In addition, Bergen Group Offshore well-established operating units in North Norway.
