Samsung Heavy wins $1.45 billion drillship order

Samsung Heavy Industries the worlds No. 2 shipbuilder, said on Thursday it had won a 2.09 trillion won ($1.45 billion) order to build two drillships for a Brazilian company.

South Korea-based Samsung did not identify the contractor and said the ships would be delivered by March 2012. ($1=1445.9 Won) (Reporting by Rhee So-eui; Editing By Keiron Henderson).
