AF Gruppen has signed the final contract with StatoilHydro, on behalf of TCM partners, to perform the engineering work at the technology centre for CO2 cleaning at Mongstad.
The contract is based on the letter of intent which was made public on Oslo Stock Exchange May 14 2009. The value of the agreement is NOK 150 million, excl.
VAT. The project will begin in late July 2009 and be completed in June 2011.
The agreement includes engineering work at the European CO2 Technology Centre Mongstad (TCM). The agreement consists of foundation, concrete work, the establishment of pipeline-systems, a refrigerated tank and a transformation station.
